Product License

Upon purchase of a product at EasyWooManager, you purchase a Single or Multiple Website license. The Licence includes 1 year of Updates and Support. After the 1 year period, your Single Website Licence will expire, you will have no download access for the product/products from your EasyWooManager Account Dashboard and you will have no updates available via the WordPress admin area. All WordPress plugins sold through this website are licensed under the GPL 3.0.

Refunds

EasyWooManager stands behind all of our products and we will resolve any faults or imperfections found in any of our products. This we can guarantee. If you have any questions on configuring the product please contact us anytime. As much as we want to keep it hassle-free and simple for our customers we would very much like to assist you to resolve the issue prior to issuing a refund. Please contact us at https://easywoomanager.com/contact-us/ with your refund requests. Under no circumstances will a refund be issued 15 days after your purchase date.

Auto-renewals

EasyWooManager products come with a yearly subscription for the license, updates, and premium support that renews automatically. For recurring fees, we’ll bill or charge you in the automatically-renewing interval (yearly), on a pre-pay basis until you cancel, which you can do at any time from your account page on EasyWooManager or by contacting the relevant support team.
